SHIPPING POLICY

At Big Christmas our goal is to deliver your parcel to you as soon as possible. We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries. For Trees and extra-large parcels our preferred carrier is Aramex Fastway & Direct Freight, these carriers are subject to change without notice. Any requests to use a specific courier will incur handling and freight costs being passed on to the customer, therefore forfeiting the "Free Shipping" offer. Please contact us for a quotation if you require this service.

Australia Post will generally deliver up to 2-6 business days within Metro Australia and 5-10 days for most Regional areas but this can vary between states. Once your goods are packed you will be provided with the Carrier details and tracking number enabling you to track the progress of your parcel. If you do not receive your parcel by carrier provided delivery date, do not hesitate to get in touch on the Contact page and we will expedite the tracking of your order and inform you of the progress.

All online orders will be dispatched with ‘Authority to Leave’ at the time of purchase.

By ticking the box or selecting ‘yes’ at the checkout page on the website, you’ve selected to have our nominated courier leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.

You agree that the parcel is deemed ‘delivered’ when left at your premises.
