Big Christmas do not accept change of mind on your purchase. Big Christmas offer you a free Returns on goods received in damaged/faulty state &/or do not work as per the intended purpose – If you are eligible to return your goods, you will not be charged on freight.
To be eligible to return faulty goods for a repair, replacement or refund goods must be

Applicable warranties cover manufacturing faults and/or workmanship only and will not cover negligence, misuse or accidental damage.
If the product is found not to have a fault, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs.
